I was browsing Dab's blog Naija Hair Can Grow and I came across a great hairstyle where a braid swoops across the face like a fringe/bangs. I've wanted to try this for a while now but have no idea how to do it. Despite my best efforts I couldn't get my hair to swoop over my face more. What resulted was my own twist (literally).I started on an old twist out so my hair had a fair amount of texture.
